TC Equestrian Co. promises a prompt exchange or credit on any unused item, (excluding clearance, vintage and gently used) that does not satisfy you completely within (10) days of receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. A return authorization number ( RA# ) must be obtained by TC Equestrian Co. prior to the return. Merchandise that is shipped back to us without a return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box will not be excepted. Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason other than a miss-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All Clearance, Vintage, and Gently Used sales are final. This includes any item under the Clearance or Vintage and Gently Used category or clearly stated as such.

What this means is your credit card number is scrambled during the transaction process and, unlike shopping at a traditional store, no human ever comes into contact with your credit card number during the approval process.

At the time of publication, all merchandise is scheduled to be in stock. However, since high demand can sometimes cause backordering, it is best to order early. Please notify the store via e mail if you need your order by a certain date.

In Stock merchandise will ship out within two working days of the order being placed. For example, if an order is placed on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday. In the rare occasion that we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you ASAP. Please select your shipping type accordingly. We want you to receive your order before you need it. Please note: UPS shippers do not delivery on weekends.
